Review policy
In force from 21 October 2026 · version 1.4Informational translation – the Hungarian version controls.
Where the review data shown on the website comes from and how we present it.
Information under section 7(8) of the Hungarian Act on unfair commercial practices (Fttv.).
Where the reviews come from
The reviews are collected by Google on our Google Maps profile. We do not check whether reviewers bought from us. The website shows the full star distribution (466 reviews, average 4.7; checked on 2 August 2026): 5 stars 375, 4 stars 53, 3 stars 22, 2 stars 5, 1 star 11. All reviews: our Google profile (opens in a new tab).
What we never do
We never buy, write or commission reviews, and we never pick out the favourable ones: the distribution is shown in full. On the home page we sum up recurring themes in the public reviews in our own words: we do not copy reviews verbatim.
Updates and accuracy
We recheck the data at significant updates and before launch. If you spot an inaccuracy, tell us by phone (+36 20 954 0304) or e‑mail (norakovacs196@gmail.com).
Press quotes
We show a few short, verbatim quotations from Street Kitchen’s editorial feature (Kovács Annabella, Street Kitchen Guide, 19 April 2026). Each quotation names the author, the publication and the date and links to the article; we use at most eight and mark any omission with […]. These are a journalist’s views – not guest reviews and not our own words. English pages show a translation of the Hungarian original, labelled as a translation.
